Shipments that are refused will be billed shipping return charges if the shipment is sent back to us. Make sure someone is home to receive the package ordered. You can call customer service to request signature required delivery if you want someone to sign for the package. Packages that go without signature required that are left by UPS at your front are the customers responsibility. We suggest you select Signature required if it is unsafe to leave your package at your door.


All orders of value totaling $250.00 or more will be sent signature required.


Simply put, all orders at or over $149 will ship free, if the order is placed in the contiguous USA.
All other orders will be subject to shipping charges.
All Free Shipping orders will ship Ground.

Free shipping applies only to the contiguous U.S; and does not apply to APO and FPO addresses since the only shipping method applicable to APO and FPO addresses is USPS.
The contiguous United States is the 48 adjoining US states plus Washington, DC (federal district) on the continent of North America that are south of Canada and north of Mexico. The term excludes the non-contiguous states of Alaska and Hawaii and all off-shore US territories and possessions, which include American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the United States Virgin Islands.


Orders placed after 3 pm EST. will be processed the next business day.
FedEx does not deliver over the weekend or public holidays. Saturday Delivery options cost extra and must be requested by phone at 833-438-2247 prior to placing your order.

WEATHER CONDITIONS OR ACTS OF GOD will not be held responsible for shipping delays due to weather conditions or acts of GOD.



Prior authorization must be obtained before any merchandise is returned for credit, refund or replacement. Please call a Customer Service Representative at Bags4Tools within 7 days after you receive your shipment.
Unauthorized or COD returns will not be accepted. Returned merchandise must be in original factory condition with original packing slip, packing materials, and warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Returns requested for customer convenience may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.


If you refuse a package and it is returned to us you are liable for the shipping charges both out to you and back to us. If the package is received damaged we will not issues a credit we will file a damage claim and you will have to wait for the claim to be approved to be reimbursed.


All sales become final after 30 days of receipt.
